No one hates Lin. Everyone hates LOFs.
Oh please, don't get me started on all the "black hole" Harden, "butterfingers" Asik etc etc. You just don't notice it because all you care about is Lin.

I love Ppat when he works hard... He seems to be working harder after that losing streak. I was paying attention to how he was working on rebounding this game. If he could develop himself more, I guess we are not in hurry to look for a borderline all-star PF. Mchale likes Ppat. Although I am still concerned with Mchale's in-game coaching capability, I believe that Mchale knows who could become a good player, especially the front court. He made his name on finding good players.

Of course you need to rest the starters, but why not be more flexible and keep him in longer? rest him with 2 minutes left maybe? Plus if You blow the Bobcats out early then you can rest all your starters

I've been reading most of the posts on this forum. There is PLENTY of statistical evidence provided by the members to show that as Lin's usage rate goes up (and TURNOVERS) the Rockets win. For myself I just watch the games and it's pretty damn obvious.

That's the best strategy in a long-stretch of back to back games! Just blow out your opponents and rest the starters in the 4th quarter. (no sarcasm intended) I hope this would become normal for the Rockets. I guess I am just dreaming...

I disagree. There's plenty of bashing on Harden/Asik (not as much Parsons) when they play badly too. It's just that a lot of Lin fans reply to every single post which starts strings of arguments so it seems like there's more bashing on Lin. Yes some hate for him is excessive, but I honestly think most of them are trolls. Just put them on your ignore list and get over it.

it is my own observation. like or not, lin is not as strong as harden. he got tied more fast than harden. plus, today, lin started hot right after the game started. he consistently handled the ball and consistently attacked the rim. getting him a break earlier than other starters is fair to me.

Look at the stats of the past 5 games you seem to love talking about and you'll notice harden still gets more usage % than Lin, and the one game that Lin had a higher Usage% than Harden was against Denver, the game we lost (in Lin's defense, Douglas was used the most so im not saying it was all his fault). Not saying Lin hasn't affected the past games, but your claim that Lin is the main used player is wrong if you look at the stats

Again, and for the last time here, since it is clearly hopeless, this is the game thread. It's not the Jeremy Lin thread.

Wasn't that in the beginning of the fourth quarter when he played bad? (even some Lin supporters were agreeing he was playing poorly) this young team is just inconsistent

I think the bashing was worse for Scola, Martin, Miller, and especially Battier.

As long as the team is developing, I am a happy fan, and leagus pass is worth the money...

At least I think Rockets' game is fun to watch when they run hard. It's just beautiful... I would thank Mchale for that:p I hope Mchale could be better so we have more of those nice games...

Put it in big letter so it's more noticeable (ok I'm done with the Lin stuff). Great beginning to the game and great ending, they gave us a bit of a scare in the 4th but luckily PPAT saved us

You may be right about that - I really don't know. What I saw was that Lin was the primary ballhandler a LOT MORE than in the 7 GAME LOSS STREAK and we WON 4 out of 5. I guess you think Calvin Murphy is also a LOF and idiot because he said the same thing I'm saying. I just said it before he did.
