I don't understand, are these just coincidences all happening at the same time or is this some sort of retaliation against proposed/coming government bans.
Sounds more like a cultural issue than anything to me. In that area of atlanta there is a large culture of gang violence, it's an everyday part of life for lots of those people.
Terrible news. I don't know the specifics here, but I do think we will hear about more of the types of shootings that perhaps in the past, when the topic was less in the forefront at the time, we might not have heard about so quickly, but it really is disturbing how often these things are occurring.
My guess is that frequency hasn't changed or has gone down, but media is more likely to report on it now.
