    MadMax has already participated and, while I don't want to speak for him - it was life-changing...

    I'm involved in... revamping an Astros-related element (I'm purposefully trying to be vague here...) - if you'd like to provide feedback and impressions: I promise, it's really cool.

    But here's the deal - this is intended to be a "surprise" for Astro fans this season. So you can't run back here and talk about it in ANY specifics whatsoever. If you're going to participate, you have to promise to keep quiet. Also, it'll help if you have some... "experience" as an Astro fan. This is historical-based.

    add .com to gmail.

    It happened to me too. I was hurrying so fast that I didn't see he didn't add .com to his email.

    It works because he replied to my email already.

    I'd love to help, but I can truly say that I've only been on this planet since the early nineties so as far as history goes I might not be so useful. Goodluck to all involved and I would love to see how it turns out and the role that CF members were able to play!

    This thread has Chester Charge replacing Junction Jack as the Astros' mascot written all over it.

    Although, in my wet dream, the "certain ballpark" you are heading to is the Astrodome (have a feeling it is anyway), and the surprise is that the rats have been cleared out and we are playing one home series per year in the dome (yes, i realize that's impossible).

    damn, didn't know that. was pretty confident in my guess too (although "life-changing" didn't really fit).

    can't come up with another good dome-era-related guess. maybe replace the stupid hill and pole with padded outfield walls from the dome?

    bring back dome foam?

    bring back "Who Says It's Only a Game?" as the slogan?

    a sliding, chain-link curtain entrance to the box seat access ramps?
