Tinman, would you like to start another thread about this? I do believe that Tmac was the 2nd greatest Rocket behind Dream. Maybe we define great differently but I would take a healthy/prime Tmac over Moses Malone in a heartbeat. Many people would. And about LeBron, back in 2011 I'd say over 80% of this bbs said he sucked and couldn't win without help, and was a choker, was a bad character guy, the decision, the chosen one, couldn't shoot blah blah blah so it wasn't like at all what you are implying. I was defending every aspect of LeBron James from his play to his character and I was definitely in the minority. People have come around now and I don't even talk much about him anymore because we are all mostly on the same page now. Not sure how you can't see that.

Tinman, I had season tickets in 2005 during Tmacs first season with the Rockets and he was a BEAST and played most of that year healthy. I also remember that 1st round mavericks series where he punched on Sean Bradley and basically took over those games until the refs took it away from us, I also remember him putting up ridiculous/insane number in both of those first round losses to the Jazz when Yao got dominated and out rebounded by Carlos Boozer & couldn't even get a rebound in cruch time before Okur hit that dagger 3. I remember Tmac crying in that press conference. He couldn't have played ANY BETTER in the playoffs for us. Tmac left it all out on the court in my mind and I love him for that. Yeah he got hurt, yeah he didn't handle his last year here very well but that's what YOU focus on when there are plenty of positives to focus on. The track coach was fired due to not reporting a long term relationship with a student athlete. Major had a one night stand, reported it and was punished in 2009. Big difference. I think Major is safe, but this may be the end of Dodds.
