I used to be a huge WWF fan. I was able to watch the Rumble on Sunday. It was a good PPV (especially because I didn't pay).

I assume Rock will lose the title between here and Wrestlemania so he can match up against Cena. Then maybe Austin could reach a deal with WWE and come back for a one-off against CM Punk.

PS - It bothers me that Vince and HHH are no longer heels. Also stupid that Big Show's finisher is a punch. Wtf.

 

I take it WWE became so sh!tty and desperate that they had to bring The Rock back? Embarassing.

Can't believe they went PG with wrestling. What a shame. Attitude era, never forget.

 

It's not good enough for me to watch regularly, but that's probably more due to me being older than wrestlers being worse. In fact, I think this is the first event I've seen in 2 years. But they have some good talent and personalities.

WWE has sucked at making new superstars, that's why they need to bring back The Rock and guys like Brock Lesnar. I love both of those guys but they are not a long-term proposition for success. Of the last 10 years, the only superstar they ever created was Cena, and now he just wins everything which is why wrestling fans are mad.

What happened when the times when the WWE ACTUALLY made great superstars? The Rock, Stone Cold, Kurt Angle, Jericho, even Edge was being promoted. Nowadays it's all Cena and bringing back has-beens.

 

Haven't seen wrestling in ages. I don't know most of those people listed.

The only reason I know The Miz is from Real World.

Very predictable results. Anyone who watches wrestling knew they were building for Cena to beat Rock at the upcoming Wrestlemania.

Brock coming back was cool though, wonder if we get a Shield, Brock, Punk stable?
