<br> Ah, you gotta fix your diet up a little bit man. I mean you probably already know this as well lol. But yeah, I think getting something like casein might not be a bad idea for you if you're going 8 hour stretches without eating. Also, you gotta make sure you're getting some sort of protein post work out. But like I said it's obvious you already know exactly what the issue is. Just eat more albeit healthily and you should be back to looking real jacked soon enough
Bump. Been bulking really hard. Started in October, went from 154 to 165 and probably around 12% BF. Will try to get to 180. First pic is from October. im surprised i still have vascularity lol Spoiler
Impressive. Did you keep track of what you ate? Calories, Macros? Also, did you go on a clean bulk or dirty bulk?
Nope, I didnt keep track of the macros, never have, just tried to eat as much as possible as clean as possible. Ive been having around three cheat days a week. Also havent done cardio since september
Got back into training seriously again. Bought that bsn hyper pre workout and its pretty good. Also started playing some ball again. I enjoy practicing by myself then playing with a bunch of chuckers. All I do is 3x10 sets. I find it more effective and hypertrophier. 1.snatch grip dl's 2. Bench 3. Incline and flat db flys. 4.shoulders. Side, overhead, and bent over db. Break. Some b-ball. Saw my first step improve. 5. Decline bench for abs. 6. Pull ups though I suck so I do the machine. Hate machines, they ending injuring me. It's a lot but I get a 3 day rest (working). Talk to me dawg.

^^ I would think taking a halftime break to play bball isn't ideal for muscle hypertrophy, since it's an aerobic work out.
Nothing intense. Use it to cool myself down, cardio, and recover. I'm 240 lbs not a skinny kunt. Or I can just drive off and almost pass out while I'm driving like last time. I thought I was die, need to cool down.
Finished it about a month ago. I didn't stay exactly with the schedule though. I took an extra day or 2 off a week. I enjoyed it and plan to go back and do it again but at my own schedule. I'm thinking I will just do the second month workouts a couple/3 times a week on top of my weight training and running. I didn't really have much weight to lose, i just wanted to get more fit, but I did see most of the pounds drop off around the 3rd week and after. I was also doing some IF around that time too.
Oh my gawd. I take back what I said about bsn hyper preworkout, that Ish felt like a drug on an empty stomach. I had to do pull ups, bench press, and challenge a bro to a one on one game in 30 minutes.
MOTHER OF ALL GODS. They took all the dumb bells over 70lbe because of excessive grunting/yelling/screaming. Kyle lawlry.
