Do you think he would be a good fit for the Texans and could the Texans afford to get him?

He's not the elite #2 Wr most fans want, but not bad either. He's very good in the slot and picking up yards after the catch. We all know Schaub does not have the big arm but can be pretty accurate. For this reason YAC seems like a must. I don't know about his blocking ablity.

Saw the Titus Young thread and thought I throw a name out there.

I would make an offer to him..... He's just the kind of player the Texans need.... WR screen passes to Andre worked.... Imagine this lil focker hiding behind O-lineman and TE's

I've wanted to throw this idea out there too once I saw that he was sort of a free agent. We made David Anderson work here, I'd love to have Hawkins. He's worth a look a hell of a lot more than Young.

Receivers can only be as fast as far as schaub can throw. This guy would be under thrown to a lot. Just kidding, I just wanted take a shot at schaub. I think all the up and comers we currently have are either future #1 or #2. Martin is the only #3. I'd love to have Hawkins here

I don't see the Texans going after a 5-8 WR as their #2.

He may not be a legit #2 but I'd be happy with him as a slot guy if he's affordable.

I was not impressed at all by Keyshawn Martin. He just doesn't have the acceleration or precise route running to be a good slot guy. Dre, Posey, and Hawkins would be a nice trio.
