It helps controlling the pace of the game. Even resulting in TOs, the opposing teams have to run hard back to their court every time they shoot. It reduces their effort at offensive rebounds and also wears them out faster. This kind of pass is like you are required to shoot if you have the open shots. Mchale obviously is willing to take those TOs. On the other hand, Lin needs to do it better!
lol wow Melo with 9-28 shooting. Seems like he's coming down in efficiency. With Amare back maybe it will even be tougher on him.
So far so good for the young Rockets ! ..Lin Harden Asik Parsons the bench straight beastin tonight !
well, turnovers are necessarily mistakes. what i'm saying is, part of jeremy's strength is pushing the pace. as a young pg, the negatives of that approach is higher than normal turnovers. if you try to fix the problem by taking the ball out of its hands, you limit his effectiveness. my guess is that, as he gains experience and matures, u'll see less of the reckless TOs. just need some patience. same issue with asik's turnovers. if this is your starting core, you'd want to keep giving him the ball in good situations - even if he messes up a few catches.
Fantastic game by the Rockets. The Nets weren't completely blown out because they made 16 three pointers. But the Rockets really dominated tonight. Harden was the leader as usual, but it was a great team effort with major contributions from so many players. McHale pushed all the right buttons tonight.
when this team let Lin play PG, his TOs increases, but the team's TOs decreases. It does make the team better, so stop complain his TOs.
Clutch can you please post the video of this. clutchfans: Nice. Rockets introduced a new player intro video for tonight's game to the Django Unchained theme song.
The only action for tonight was just a couple of pages of King1 trolling and getting everyone to react to him.
