My god, do I see some back and forth b****ing after such a feel good win?
    STFU already
Steal&Deal, please turn it down a notch :( I know you're a Lin fan, as am I, but you've been very defensive from the comments I've seen from you.

Now Nook, you really don't think Lin handling the PG duties allowed James to have such an efficient game since he mostly focused on scoring and not orchestrating offense?
    Lin's defense was also stellar.
PPat was out there cleaning up our little mishaps and was also incredibly efficient.
James while he had another great game, also had 8 TOs and his defense could have been better at times (the uncontested dunk was sad).

It's silly if people will actually try to debate who was the better player today when today's great win was thanks to the great effort and hustle of EVERYONE.

Let's just thank the basketball gods for smacking sense into the coaches. :)

Why are people feeding the troll? I like Lin as much as the next guy, but it's obvious this steal & deal dumbass is just clowning you all, and it's working.

He'll be banned before you know it.

Back to the game, the Rox came out with great energy particularly on the defensive end. Double teaming effectively, great PNR defense. Rox won the first Quarter not by their offense but defense. The offense didn't really come alive until the 2nd and 3rd.

Whatever the team collectively did to prepare for this game, simply worked on many levels... defense, sharing the ball, banging the boards, reclaim the uptempo...

Hell even Patrick Beverly got put back in the proper place on the depth chart.

If the Rox prepared for this game like they did two weeks ago against this same team, we might not have had that losing streak.

The question of course is, how long will this last?

the losing streak is because the iso hero ball. You can catch it again in today's 4th quarter. It is still there, simply Mcfail don't have a gut to use it a lot in the first 3rd quarter. Everyone looked dumb again standing over there watch hero ball. Just looked at the replay. PLZ

#1 The ball movement was better largely because the team hit their 3's that allowed the middle to open up.
#2 Harden's defense was fine tonight, especially his team defense.
#3 Harden had as many assists as anyone in the game
#4 Lin had a well rounded game, I have no criticism
#5 I think people have started to take Harden for granted, anyone else goes for 30/8/4/2 on 15 shots and defending well and they are the player of the game.

It was a solid win, happy to see Lin and Harden knock down shots.

6 shots, 13 points, 3-6 is pretty good; but I agree, he needs to contribute more points than that - 6 shots in 37 mins, really Lin? TD will take 6 shots in 6 mins. But the thing is, he could have taken more shots than that; therefore, most likely more points. So it's not like he can't produce more offensively. I think he wants to be a pass first PG, which I don't agree with since we need a second scoring option, and Lin is able to become that guy. Lin can really help take the pressure off Harden against tougher teams.

The 30 points guy is going to have enough touches every night to get his points...no matter what. If one or two other players step up big...like Lin and Pat tonight the chances of a W is THAT much greater. It's just not about a single guy getting 30 or 40 points....Pat and Lin were the difference tonight.

PPatt was the key in this game.

Trade him while his value is high!

Yeah...I don't mind Lin deferring when other players are making their shots like tonight. For other nights, he needs to be taking more shots. Hell...Rivers jacked up about 15 shots in just 20 minutes of play time.:grin:But, oh wait...Rivers is a first round draft so he gets the pass.

They are the difference if you assume Harden is going to play well. Lin and Pat played very well, but my point is that Harden's performances start being taken for granted.

    k lemme try that again...

"Beard we ran out of plays after the 1st quarter, go iso!"
"Nah coach, Lin fans on CF gon hate on me!"
"Don't worry I got a bunch of accounts there, I got your back! Don't forget to rep me back."

"Pas de bourree, kick ball change!"
"Coach is busy talkin to Beard, get some quick points. If he sees me scoring, he'll punish me with Chinese water torture again. And I'm not even Chinese. "
"Oh no, an open layup! Why are the tough ones so much easier to make?!"
    "But, but.but.... I got drafted at #10 :'("
"Awww, chin up Austin.... and watch this reverse on yo ass."

James Harden is a legitimate #1 option!
Jeremy Lin is not a joke!
    Patterson is not soft!
    Don't fire McHale...yet!

Want to add a comment on 2Pat - Like Lin, he can do a lot better if he's utilized properly.
