You claim to be some Rockets fan, but your first post tonight is not something positive about the win or the Rockets, but making fun of Lin fans who you say are coming only to bump this thread. You seem to be a very paranoid person. I like Lin playing well. It = good basketball + a Rockets win. Believe it or not, Lin is probably one of the most humblest and classiest players in the NBA. I don't think I have once even said anything personal about the guy. If anything its his fans that shift the blame for him having a bad game on to other people that I call out.
I know a user called Kwame (or something) who types words that have intended Chinese accents attached to them when responding to some 2012ers as is to mock them.
There is no way you are a Lin's fan; Lin's fans would NOT say things like that. If you are then you need to settle down (BTW, this is coming from a Lin's fan).
I think you may have misinterpreted it, but then again it may have happened. The point in this scenario is that nothing racist, or remotely racist was said except for on his own part, and he starts going off and calling others racists .
This happens all of the time on this board and it is shocking that it is allowed. I'm white and am appalled at the racism on this board. But what gets Clutch's goat? Fans of Jeremy Lin. Clutch could help put an end to this crap by banning all of this LOF and LOH talk that is counterproductive but chooses instead to add feul to the negative discourse here. It's too bad.
Lin had like 6 points in the first half, we were beating them by 18 at one point. so yes lin had a good game, but he had little to do with how good the team was doing. So you can't really back up saying oh lin plays aggressive good things happen. Houston would have won the game with any of our PGs tonight. The TEAM was playing well.
He also generated 4 assists (leading to 9 points) in the 2nd quarter, and was leading the unit that stretched the lead to 13 (with Harden on the bench for most of it) during that quarter. So no, Lin isn't responsible for the entire team, however he was an important part of the mix in terms of creating passing and shooting opportunities for his team mates both directly and indirectly.
Can you show us these posts? Since it happens all the time, surely you can list ten or a hundred of them. Show that the problem is huge and clutch will not ignore it. Because I'm sure clutch doesn't read pages of pages of these huge Lin-related posts all day. He does have a day job.
They don't exist. Clutch takes that seriously and wouldn't allow it to continue. The LOFs think that the reason people criticize him is because they're racist.
I've reported it to Clutch at least twice. I don't spend my time bookmarking threads so I can bring them up in discussions here. Are you saying these posts don't exist? With someone who spends as much time as you do on these boards, surely you have encountered them.
