not every iso is the same. for example durant's fadeaway is unguardable. too tall to block. you just pray he misses. harden on the other hand always plays facing the basket. perhaps why he's getting so many TOs....

I'm not able to watch the games (UVerse) but I listen to the 790 broadcast and watch the stats online. It seems like this happens every game vs. NO. They always just stick around and make it interesting against us.

They have been playing well as of late yes (the Hornets)

Hopefully this win gets the Juju they stole from us back. It seems they just took it from us and used it themselves. So now we have it back! :p

He let Lin run the show much more, we got LOTS of fast break points in the first half. Rotations were great, slashing, finding open men. 2Pat was open a lot, easy swishes for him tonight.

Easily the best game I've seen Patterson play in awhile. Wish he could do that every night. I didn't see the Rockets winning this one to be honest, but we played good defense which gave us a chance to win the game, even though our offense wasn't great. I love to see that, pretty much everyone except for Asik played well, or at least respectable. God Asik was awful tonight, lol.

    Good win.

Maybe GameScore emphasizes score more than anything, just like the Per number. But in today's league, scoring is worshiped, so no surprise.

You don't understand what isolation play is.

When there is a clear out situation and the player takes on his man 1v1, that's isolation. Isolation plays are sometimes more effective than running plays because, like you pointed out, guys like Kevin Durant are nearly unguardable 1v1.

When the team can't make shots, you are sometimes forced to play ISO because you need your best player to stop the bleeding. Harden stopped the bleeding tonight when they were making a run in the 4th.
