ok lets hope harden comes back from the break strong...we crush the pelicans and our starters get an early rest in the 4th and our bench gets some real tick

Looks like we have a HOH. Sad thing is this one is much worse than most other _OF/H.

How have Harden's turnovers been so far today? I don't have CSN and I don't like watching streams a lot, so I can't watch the game

 

Calvin Murphy is such a genius, Lin and 2Pat is what we've been missing and you can see how much a difference they made.

That's not totally Harden's fault. If he is not playing 40 mins per game, he can finished better with fresher legs. This is the first year Harden playing starter minutes and carrying a team, people need to be patient with him. It's the coach responsibility to help Harden to find his balance.

 

Yeah great that Calvin stated the obvious. Lin (and Houston) fans have been saying this all season but have been labelled as LOF's. What's good for Lin (or any other player) tomaximize their talents is GOOD for the ROCKETS!! (Not just for the individual player).

 

Don't mean to be a debbie downer, but we are playing against the worst team in the western conference.

Lets stop being so bi-polar both when we're winning and losing.

Ups and downs. Downs predictably came when we had a really tough stretch, and up when we had an easier one.

Now that our schedule is getting easier, and like Morey said, Portland is heading into a tough schedule, I'm pretty confident we'll make the playoffs unless Lakers fire MDA and go on a run.

 

Its funny how so many here were begging for a star player and now we have one and they want to get rid of him... Some fans we have..

Dude Harden can make plays. That was his role in OKC and he's good at it... at least when he runs with second units. The guy is Manu with a beard

Only difference between him and someone like Lebron playing PG role out of position is when Harden does it, the Rockets still lose

Which is why Lin needs a shot

I know. My point was that without 7 TOs, Harden would have had more shot attempts. Don't get me wrong, Harden is an all-star when it comes to offensive skills, and he should have most shot attempts in most games. But Harden is probably tired out now by an excessive and unwise usage by Mc, that's why he has many TOs.

 

Harden has high TO because he plays too much hero ball.

Lin is the PG, aka FACILITATOR. He should naturally have a few TO's here and there. Go look up Nash's stats, Rondo's stats. They both have high TO's in their recent games, and they are both considered super stars.

 

Rockets nearly lost the half when Harden tried to take-over . . . if he continuous like this.. then we are back to sticky ball watch awesome Harden try to carry the team. Yeah, carry the team is down because of his desire to live up to his max contract . .. and.. follow the "green light" given to him by the coaching staff.

Harden, yes to need to carry some load... but TRUST your teammates..

 

Rockets fans don't want to get rid of him at all.

LOF's? Well....that's a different story....

I get criticizing. When people make it a point to post something ridiculous every time the new whipping boy does something wrong, we have a problem. Yes, Lin has been getting it pretty much every game. Doesn't mean we have to do it to harden. He's still contributing.

 

Don't give it to Asik man...just don't.
