No idea how I left off Landry, he was one of the tops on my list with Scola and Lowry. Thanks.

I see no reason as to why anyone should worry about our org developing young talent.

You get developed by playing. Not by sitting on the bench. Brooks won the most improved award because he was PLAYING. Sometimes development is overrated. If you're tearing it up in D league, chances are you're likely be a good role player in NBA. Lin won last year. Did you you honestly think Knicks developed his "talent" before show cased it. As Kentucky alum, I was baffled why Chuck Hayes wasn't draft. He has shown he can shut down the best players in the paint and he also had offensive game. Dragic was lucky he could show case his talent here and sucks for Rockets that Landry is doing that in different team. Again, most time a player just need a chance to show he belong and improve but bottom line is they have to be playing in the game. I really like to see DMo be used because our PF position is the weakest. but if McHale is not playing him, please send him to D League.

I'm happy to read this, I've been itching to see him get some significant minutes.

james harden is a better jeremy lin in TO numbers

if lin get to shoot that many times, harden is not even close. what else is harden better at ? steal ? nope.... team chemistry nope. make other better nope

    watch more nba game dude.
just because a player have a higher scoring average, it does not make him better.

    watch the spur game.

He's been playing professionally overseas for years now. It's gotta bother him that Beverley who similarly played overseas is immediately getting minutes while he either rides the bench or gets sent down to the D-League. Not to mention he was a first round pick in 2011.

I'm sorry D-Mo but this team is aiming for a championship this year!!

This is not the time to develop young players like yourself with incredible potential!

No one should. It's just ignorant "fans" who do nothing but blindly criticize. There are valid points of criticism and then there's just ranting out of frustration. Most of these people fall into the latter category.

Brooks and Landry both spent time in the D-League before they got their chance, and I'm sure there are others on that list that did, as well.

i feel bad for the kid...thought he had a chance...but he is on a team is inept coaching...The kid has offensive talent...and is still defensively a liability, but right now I'd take him over PPat...bc he hasnt done much of anything

That is the thing, they weren't playing that well.

Motiejunas from what little I've seen of him still has to bulk up or at least get used to using his post moves against the bigger and stronger big men he will face in the NBA. I still like him to be our future PF but he really needs to overcome that if he is to win the rebound or post scoring battles.

Terrance Jones seemed like he was ready to go but when he got minutes early in the season he was horrible. They sent him to the D-league where it looks like he has improved some but since physically he isn't that different then Patterson it is difficult to really give him PT over Patterson who has more experience playing at this level to begin with.

He doesn't sound especially upset to me. He is growing into being an NBA player, and I think he understands the situation.

He has more upside than PPatt and Morris, but I wouldn't say he is a better player at this time.

I see Morey as quite possibly standing pat this deadline, but I would like to see PPatt or Morris moved for a pick. I would be surprised to see both of them go, unless we get back a better PF at the same time.

honestly, don't take any rotation hijinks seriously until after the trade deadline. GM's have more pull with rotations right about now than any other time in the season because they're trying to 'showcase' or hide players.

If hiding DMo right now means that he gets to play in the rotation after the deadline because certain PF's with alliterative names get traded, then I'm all for that because it'll make the team stronger in the long run.

DMo has talent, and he'll get his time to show it.

Last night's game would have been a lot different if he started at the PF for the Rockets last night.

I am baffled with the amount of McHale apologists on this board. What will it take for you to realize that McHale and the team didn't overachieve, that the team has been winning despite bad coaching?

This is not just a Lin argument anymore. The whole team is coming apart. The subs, the bad decisions, rotations, playbook. These cannot be explained by "the team is young"
