He's not going to be a superstar... I just would like to see him allowed to do what he's been doing his whole life.. playing the Point. That's it.

Harden is such a stud that the team that traded him haven't missed one freaking beat... not one.. you could argue they're better.

 

No, it was brilliant.

Lin and the team were working too well in the 2nd with Lin distributing the ball and getting screens. Couldn't justify benching him right then. So what does McHale do? Make halftime adjustment to take the ball out of Lin's hands, of course! Make him bring the ball up, either immediately pass it off or pass it off 2 sec later to somebody coming off an off-the-ball screen, take away the screens for Lin. Run that fail offense for half a quarter, NOW YOU CAN BLAME LIN. Okay now bench him for the entire 4th.

Brilliant!

 

Yep, Rocket fans know this.

Last year's record was because of those two and even Scola at times.

Martin was replaced by Courtney Lee as the teams best SG...(lost him too) and now someone says that we may be better with Martin instead of Harden. Lol. We all know the agenda there.

 

Yup. And u r blaming the disaster on Lin. watch the game. and u c harden pg offence won't work. Lin pass the ball never gets it back. Its so breaking obvious that mchale told Lin to pass the ball to harden and staying corner to open the lane.
I like harden. but there is a reason okc let harden come off bench.

 

Also harden is playing to many damn,minutes to where he will get injured

I thought Morris had a pretty good first half. I don't understand why he didn't get more time in the second.

And this James Anderson fellow. 6 PTS in 2 mins. Would be nice to see if he has value since he has a 3-year contract with us.

 

Parsons is being neglected also, Patterson is soft, Morris has got little dinosaur arms, and Asik has hands made of steel.

 

3rd comes after 2nd and before 4th.

 

8 is winnable! You could still win with an 8 point deficit with 3 minutes left in the 4th quarter. ARRR!!! 18 points gets a little tough. Quit making things up!

Yeah I'm worried about this also.... why leave him in when it's obvious the game is long over? Just for his stats?

 

McHale is an embarrasment to people who actually have to work to make a living. Lost 8 out of thelast 9 and still seen no changes in the offense. We played so well in the first game against the Hawks at the start of the season. But Harden had a monster game and suddenly we had Sampson come out and say stupid **** like howdemocratic basketball is not any good. Damn clowns. When will they rid the Rockets of the plague they have set upon them? They are clearly incompetent at their jobs.

 

Well there is no point guard in McHale's system, forget about it. There is not even a Shooting guard. Just a new position. "ISO Guard"

With that said, that's because that team that traded him still has two Elite players. We'll see how far that team goes without Harden when it matters, Harden pretty much was a big reason that team went to the Finals.

Any ways, if you think Martin is better than Harden then I should just stop responding to you right now.

 

Enough of the lin crap in this forum , screw him until he gets a real game than turnovers and forcing shots in the paint
