Best of luck. Ditto on the morphine clicker. My girlfriend had it done and I got her one of these to "fill the void in her:"

But since you've never put out for me, don't hold your breath that you'll be getting one.

Had this done a few months ago. Its routine and I was feeling better a week after it was done. If the pain is really bad ask for dilaudid its more effective than morphine. All will go well ..no need to worry.

Getting discharged today. I hope it all goes smooth. It would really suck for one of my incisions to get infected.

Had mine removed 8 months ago and in the beginning I thought it was the worst case of indigestion I'd ever had. Went to the ER at 3 in the morning. The Dr didn't do anything because everything was normal despite finding small stones. I had to practically eat unhealthy stuff just to induce the pain. Two months later, it happened again and that finally convinced the Dr to have a laproscopic surgery.

I guess its a routine outpatient surgery and it went great. In fact, I only missed 1 day of work. But I can eat whatever I want now although I learned to portion my meals which is a great consequence of the whole ordeal.

Hope your surgery and recovery goes well friend.
