I don't see any widespread advocacy for the legalization of drugs other than mar1juana. And the legalization of that drug as had a good amount of support for years and we're just now seeing a couple states legalize it for non-medicinal use.

So no, I don't see heroin or cocaine being legalized in our lifetime, if ever. Just like mar1juana isn't a gateway drug, it won't be a gateway for other drugs to be legalized.

True, but could the cop have asked how did the accident happen before making him do anything or determining if he should be arrested?
