For what it's worth, it is a small gun which can be "pocket carried." With pocket carry weapons you generally carry one that will have the least restriction when pulling it out of your pocket. hickock45 does a great job explaining pocket carry in this video - <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/WT3gkXyxhuA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> With that said, this guy clearly is untrained with guns... so he probably bought this out of the trunk of a car.
He is a gun expert and those targets aren't fixed, the force of the bullets move the targets, killing all inertia. Its called physics. This guy has shot hundreds of thousands of rounds in his videos, and even more off video...... but you, a guy a thousand miles away knows what is best for him. That's hilarious. I've watched nearly every one of his videos, and that dog never goes up range when he's shooting anyway, so what we're arguing about is stupid.
It's hilarious the other politician comes out and pushes the guy stomping on him out of the way. I thought he was trying to stop him but actually he was trying to get in on the stomping action.
That is certainly a good way of preventing that but it is foolish of you...to call me foolish when you know that anything can go wrong at any moment despite how careful someone is. If all it takes is stopping your dog from walking in the line of sight is it really that much trouble? I know someone that was out on a range shooting, got startled by an eagle swooping down, misfired and shot a friend in the leg.
