I don't. He's a dirty yet subtle little biatch, he used to steal laptops now he's stealing money, big money. Never again.
This. He's getting paid to NOT do his job, and he screwed over an organization that treated him like a king. All he does now is post on twitter and complain to news outlets. His 15 mins will be up soon, and he'll never play in the NBA ever again. Worthless garbage.
Cant wait for white and his delusional troopers to meet Rusty Hardin in court . Rusty is gonna give white the as$kicking of his life
That sounds a lot like the info that came out a few weeks ago (can't remember exactly) where Feigan wrote something about Royce backtracking on his accusations against the Rockets and going straight to the NBA about his "protocol". If I remember correctly, he said that he didn't want a GM making medical decisions that affected him because the RGV Viper assignment was done in the "twelfth hour". I don't know what the current protocol is for physical injuries or physical health issues. If a player says they are injured and can't play in the NBA Finals, but the team doesn't acknowledge the injury, what is the current way the conflict is resolved? Does the player get penalized or is their pay docked? What if a doctor recommends the player not play, but the team feels they should shoot up with painkillers and play the last 2 games of the season? The problem here is that mental health issues can't really be disputed since they can't take an Xray to determine the player's symptoms or the extent of the problem. This could lead to MAJOR problems in the future. I'm just posing a couple hypotheticals here... they are not based on ANYTHING I have ever read about Royce: 1) Someone threatens Royce in a letter before the Rockets are going to play in an important away game. Royce has symptoms of anxiety resulting from that letter and refuses to play in the important game. Even though Royce doesn't normally take medications for his condition, the Rockets ask that he take medication to alleviate the symptoms so he can play in this one important game. The medical official is consulted and sides with Royce. 2) The Rockets face the NY Knicks during the NBA Finals. The travel times are too short to use his bus. Royce states that he won't fly to the game because the added stress of the playoffs is making his symptoms worse than normal. The medical official is consulted and sides with the Rockets. Royce is hacked off and fakes a physical injury to make his point. Everyone hates each other. Unfortunately, I can't imagine this is going anywhere good. For Royce, the best possible scenario would have been for him to be friendly to the Rockets so when a conflict arose, there was trust to work it out. Once you demand a squadron of attorneys to work out an official protocol in advance, all trust is lost. Royce may in the end work something out with the league or the player's association that helps his cause, but I can't imagine it happening anytime soon. That is a BIG issue to resolve, and unfortunately, one that the league probably doesn't give a s**t about. It's going to be a memo that is buried under a pile of paper at an interns desk until at least this offseason.
Royce White was just recently suspended last I remember (a few days / last week), so he isn't getting paid anymore. At this point though, Royce should filter his public comments a bit better. Sure he wants to help out the future generations with mental illnesses but the guy refuses to play in the D league or where he has to in order to gain experience. Don't know the whole back story but I definitely think Royce should have kept everything in house. Look at Tmac, he was terrible at keeping his answers professional when he was interviewed, he only stayed in the league as long as he did because of his insane skill. Hopefully things get worked out soon... but I doubt it.

You are overthinking this. The rule is...team decides whether or not to suspend the player in your scenario...until then, he gets paid. Same applies to Royce right now.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>@<a href="https://twitter.com/houstonrockets">houstonrockets</a> NOW, am I suppose 2 act like that letter is accurate or... speak the truth?
