It is no gimmick, Harden is big like a bull with deceptive quickness and body control.

 

The whole team needs a screaming at especially our PFs...

 

Another disappointing half again. That was just painful to watch, and I don't think it will get better.

 

This team needs Jerry Sloan as a head coach to teach them how to play dirty defense!

 

Damn the Wolves are shooting 53% to the Rockets 35%.

 

He can turn Parsons into the next Matt Harpring.

 

The other teams figured us out, that's why we have been losing. That's why we have been unable to run our 'run and gun' system. Bill Simmons was actually right when he said we run gimmick offense. Other than run and gun, i.e. run and shoot 3s, We actually don't have any plays. The coaching stuff gets exposed, big time!

 

Those people are dumb.

They are always getting on him for TO or missing a shot when he clearly gets hacked. No player can consistently finish if they are being fouled and a foul is a foul and they need to call it.

I'm sure it must be disheartening to him when he's driving into the lane and attacking the rim and they just hold the whistle.

 

i)Starters sit your asses down, Rookies get on the court.
ii)Nice play so far. Please show some more effort on D as well.
iii)Next time you pump fake under the rim during a fast break and then pass it out, I am going to break your legs
iv) To Who? I didn't know that we had PFs
v) I love the hustle. Just try to finish stronger under the rim. Don't worry about the other team. They are tough and they can take it.

 

I love parsons but he is one the the slower footed SF's in NBA. Will never be a defensive stopper 1v1. Good help D though.

 

Good thing we are only down by 6. I still think we gonna win this game though.

They didn't try to stop running. Other teams have figured that out. If you run back on transition defense, the Rockets can't score because they have ZERO intelligent half-court offensive set.

Don't you know, any time a player hits a shot, it's bad defense by the guy guarding him! No ifs and buts.

 

has the houston media call out harden for not playing "real" defense?

Every offensive move for this team has to be integrated into the James Harden show, in ehich he himself shoots garbage. Maybe he is not really a number one option eh?
