Injury-proneness is very real. Some people's bodies just cannot hold up to the daily wear and tear that comes with being a professional athlete. And the unfortunate part of it is that it's a self-fulfilling prophecy. The more injured one is (especially to a particular part of the body like Curry), the weaker that part of the body gets. Then, since that part of the body is weak, it gets injured much easier than on other people. And the cycle continues. His ankle right now probably has the stability of a house of cards. If he plants it even the slightest bit askew, it rolls over and stretches those ligaments out all over again. And of course, the more you sprain an ankle, the stiffer and shorter those ligaments become causing even further instability. It's sad to see. He's a really talented player when he's healthy.

To me, it was telling that he was talking about not having a sprain over the last 2 1/2 months as being the longest he's been able to give those ligaments a chance to get healthy. That's obscenely frequent, and I have a feeling it's going to cost him an NBA career.

Would you say that the Warriors spice things up with Curry in the mix?

For sure. If Steph Curry was a Rocket, he will have at least 6 or 7 Indian stalkers following him to his house.

They should trade him. Jarrett Jack is actually one of the best backup point guards in the league and he has shown he can start the game too. They ought to move Curry for a more athletic swingman.

Curry needs to get with a bio-med orthotics research company and spend major bucks to have them design an orthotic shoe.

It needs to conform to his very exact specifications of gait, weight, flexibility, and pressure loading.

If i were him I'd spend huuuge money to get a bionic shoe

The Rockets would in a heartbeat. While injuries are a threat the guy is amazing at basketball. And next to James Harden, the Rockets would easily have the best backcourt in the NBA and the two players could play off each other.

Conveniently the GSW fan base might be the likeliest to embrace Lin. Just sayin...

Played mighty well today. Indefinitely sounded more like months to me.
