Wow blowout in the 4th and we have our starters out there again...with a B2B coming up...just unbelievable...does McHale even look at the 10 day schedules?

Pat and Morris go 1-13 (!!) with 2 boards (!!) combined!!! How little faith does McHale have in D-mo and Jones if they can't break the rotation with those 2 bums ahead of them...unbelievable

the losing streak was inevitable but with better rotations we may have stole one or two...harden looks like a zombie...I really hope McHale starts giving dmo and jones some burn...1-13 and 2 boards is just disgraceful for TWO pfs

I don't understand his thinking. He complains that the starters aren't used to playing starters minutes but he continues to play them too many minutes. He should be playing the 10 deep to keep the starters fresh for ending games. Oh, Well we will see what happens again by the trading deadline. This is Ground Hog day the past seasons when it comes to the Houston Rockets.

Neither Lin nor Harden should be playing 40 minutes. The Rockets have Beverley and Douglas available. Lin plays better when he's rested and so does Harden.

Frustrating times. But we will win tommorow.

Harden had another poor game. I think Lin played better. Asik was good. Delfino kept the game alive in the 4th quarter and I still think we could have caught up in the 4th quarter.

Our main problem is defense, I'd rather see Jones out there than D-Mo.

You are the most negative person on this forum and that's saying a hell of a lot.

Sheesh....what happened to Morris, Patterson, and Smith tonight? Patterson, Morris, and Hardin bricking tonight. Coach needs to give Anderson some playing time behind Harden....Harden looks pooped out.

    Patterson 3 points, 1/8, 2 fouls, 2 Rebounds
    Morris 0 points, 0/5, 1 foul, 1 TO, 0 Rebounds
    Smith 0 points, 0/2, 5 fouls, 1 TO, 4 Rebounds

Lin and Harden had 5 rebounds each... more than both our PF's combined and more than our back up Center Smith.

    Harden 17 points, 5/19, 7 assists, 1 steal, 5 TO, 5 Rebounds
    Asik 22 points, 8/13, 5 TO, 12 rebounds

We seriously need to upgrade our PF's. It's too much to ask Harden and Lin to create with Asik dropping passes and no other support on the floor other than Parsons.

It's a REALLY bad sign when game after game we see Delfino playing the 4 position... he's horribly mismatched on defense due to size despite his ability to score. :(

I know, I wasn't saying one of them should play 40+ minutes.

Yes, like giving D-Mo more minutes is going to hurt this team in ANY way. At this point it simply won't. More minutes is win-win for both sides.

Harden doesn't have a backup so Coach plays him long minutes every game regardless of how tired he looks....

Anderson started his Rockets career going 0-3. That basically ended his chances of ever becoming part of the rotation. Serious. Rockets might as well waive the dude.

Our defense is appalling, and man, Harden cannot defend worth a damn.

The numbers are deceiving, our best players out there tonight were Delfino, Lin, Beverley they actually played good on both ends.

Heck, Beverley is a rookie on a minimum contract and he shows more hustle and heart than Harden.

While this team will win or lose as a team, McHale really needs to rethink his heavy use of Harden, sure he's the highest paid and should be the first option, Harden is clearly playing tired and slumping. Not only did he fail on the offensive end tonight, George really had his way with Harden on the other end as well.
