from the president & the party with no shame: -- Rise of the KinderProps Mollie Hemingway, Ed. · 1 hour ago Exploiting children for political ends is not something done by only one political party, but it's something I abhor. Today's example comes from the esteemed White House, which is not even trying to be subtle about it. When President Obama engages in his latest bit of political theater today, he will be surrounded by KinderProps. Apparently there are adults in this world who have no problem allowing their own children to be exploited by politicians. Ugh. And as part of the KinderProp Campaign, the White House gave the Associated Press letters from little kids pleading for gun control. Is that narrative clear enough for you? Here they are: "It's a free country but I recommend there needs (to) be a limit with guns," Grant wrote in a letter dated Dec. 17. "Please don't let people own machine guns or other powerful guns like that." In the days after the shooting, children around the country had the same idea as Grant. They put their feelings about the massacre on paper and sent those letters to a receptive White House. "I am writing to ask you to STOP gun violence," wrote Tajeah, a 10-year-old from Georgia. "I am very sad about the children who lost their lives. So, I thought I would write to you to STOP gun violence." Regardless of your views on whether the 2nd Amendment should be amended or repealed or what not, isn't this kind of exploitation of children ... bad for the children? And bad for the country? http://ricochet.com/main-feed/Rise-of-the-KinderProps?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter
Wow, this one went full circle quickly. Also one where the Simpson's "Think of the Children" clip/pic would serve both sides of the "discussion."
basso thinks obama using children as political props makes him bad, but basso supported a president who authorized torture of children.

Could someone post a picture of George Bush posing with schoolchildren? Every time he went to a school he'd point and say, "Hey, get me a couple pickaninnies for the picture. No, not him; her, with the pigtails. Yeah, she does kinda look like Condi." I'm serious. Every photo. If he sat with four kids, at least two were black. Over and over. "You see? I like the blacks!" Very staged, veeeeeeeery staged; but was basso starting yet another weak thread whenever this happened with, "The President with no shame"....?
Obama's use of kids in this setting is truly shameful he tries to play to the psychology of the dumbest people he also did this by saying "we need to examine our conscience" cheap psychological tactics
This thread proves there is no shame. Invoking the hitler card is pretty much the last play.. the internet equivalent of a hail mary. As much as I don't agree with tj, texx etc you have officially taken this butthurt election loss too far basso. Stop blaming obama for the republican party falling apart, and stop looking like a sore sport.
