Have look minutes logged by starters? Asik hit a wall already and Harden, Lin and Parson clock way too many minutes continue high pace system. Mchale got spread minutes more and I feel Harden total dogs it on defense sometime to conserve energy.

    last 8 games
    Harden 40.1 min
    Lin 37
    Pardon 35

Which is why Morey traded Lowry away, and Lowry is on the bench in favor of Calderon.

LOL if you are going to critisce me at least follow the argument properly. I never said Lowry >> Lin. Please show me where I said that. I said Morey compared Lins D to Lowry's which is absolutely TRUE Morey has said as much MULTIPLE times.

And Morey had this option didn't he? He could have fired McHale & kept Lowry & never signed Lin but hey guess what happened? Lowry is now the back up PG in Toronto (personally I think he should be starting).

Do I disagree with you NO Lowry is MUCH better than Lin. If I was a win now team I would take Lowry any day over Lin & Dragic & twice on Sunday. But the Rockets aren't win now they are building for the future so why not take the younger PG with the high upside. But that still doesn't change the fact that you are right Lowry is better than Lin I have never said otherwise. My goodness.

Why does that answer work for Harden but not Lin?

I'm ok with criticism - just make it insightful or at least accurate criticism w/ a semblance of substance...

mmm....it's not like the Clippers actively defended the Free Throw line. If anything, Torocan just highlighted the problems that we have had all season long...its just that we finally played a team that seriously burned us because of our problems.

It's hard to realize that you have a weakness if it never impacts you until someone exploits the weakness...

I don't think many LOFs actually exist here; it's becoming a war between LOHs and rational human beings.

Except that he had the choice but didn't.

What are you trying to say here?

Oh come on. Morey wanted to keep Lowry. He traded him away because we were going after Dwight Howard and he didn't get along with McHale. Come on man.

Why's everyone so shocked nobody could defend Crawford? He's one of the few guys in the NBA that is literally unguardable. He can almost ALWAYS get a shot, thing is some nights he can't miss and other nights he can shoot 4-16. We caught him on a hot night.

I have a bigger issue with the likes of Willie Green going off.

I can't speak to the Clippers' play as every offensive play has a counter. And it's not like the Clippers' were shutting down the Rockets defensively (they still shot 50%).

What I did see was a lot of defensive errors on the part of the Rockets and missed FT's and 3 point shots (more than a few uncontested). Those aren't on the Clippers, those are on the Rockets.

That doesn't mean the Clippers don't have a very good team or very good offense, however judging it from the perspective of how the Rockets played, there wasn't anything that the Clippers did that couldn't have been addressed better by the Rockets. Whether the Clippers would have turned it up another notch and won anyway is pure conjecture.

You are way off base. Bill and Clyde said nothing wrong at all. I think you are just far too sensitive in regard to any comment about Lin, unless they showering him with praise. I've been listening to Bill for probably 30 years and he doesn't treat Lin any differently than any other player.

What/who is Torocan? Clippers didn't have to defend the free throw line. They slowed the tempo a lot, clamped down defensively on your shooters and started going in the paint attacking.

    Here's why the Rockets lost...

PG matchup: Eric Bledsoe outplayed Jeremy Lin.

SG matchup: Jamal Crawford outplayed James Harden.

How embarrassing. Those guys are the Clippers' second unit guards, folks!

With Chris Paul injured, the Clippers' backup guards (Bledsoe, Crawford) totally dominated the Rockets' starters (Lin, Harden).

Rockets may have a decision to make if this keeps up.
