They probably refunded the guy to try and save the customer.

Hate Wade and support any heckling he gets, but also hate Spazz fans.

    win-win.

I was wondering about this- anyone else have any idea of what this guy could expect? Assuming he didn't go over the line, he was heckling an opposing player- something which the home team probably appreciates. He's also pays a lot of money to the Jazz, so it makes sense they'd want to keep him happy

Is heckling not allowed? Strange, the guy must have been getting pretty unruly.

Lin should have the opposing teams fans tossed during every road game.

Cause heckling is mean. What a joke.

And stupid Jazzholes fans cheer the guy (although mildly) while he exits. Classy.

His jeans are sick, btw.

I don't think anyone has confirmed any details on what was actually said. Or at least I couldn't find anything searching online.

What, they can't sell tickets to anyone else? I doubt he'd get his money refunded on something HE caused. I disagree with you, man... I don't think they want the same thing to happen to another player. I think they will ban him if the offense is bad.

Any way, I don't see other fans saying "NO! Don't kick him out! He didn't say anything wrong!" so it must be REALLY BAD. :(

Ithought that was a bit ridiculous, but they do try to censor fans and it sucks somewhat..

I used to own hawks season tickets on the floor, one game I was booing a player loudly and the security asked me to not do that.. i was like WTF? really? I went and complained to the ticket sales and marketing dept asking them for a refund for those expensive seats.. I am not going to be told I can't boo and I am paying a lot for those seats!

But there is a big difference between booing and yelling profane abusive things at someone. Just because someone is a athlete doesn't give people the right to abuse them verbally (even if you paid for the tickets)...

    Can anyone confirm?

Hard to believe anyone would say that, in public, this day & age.

I remember the ref picking a fan out from the crowd during the 94 Finals (I believe) and having him removed. Anyone else remember this?
