Some people's comments here are just shameless. In stead of praying all our players to stay healthy or get well soon, all they do is just scorning and laughing at a Rocket who is always playing his heart out for the team. Any player's injury in any sports is worth sympathy if you are truly a sportsfan. Your reaction to one of our own players speaks volumes about what kind of person you are.
Lin said he wanted to play again Paul the most cause cp3 is an elite PG and Lin can learn a lot from him. I'm sure he will play tomorrow even if he's limping out there.
In the Bucks game Lin bumped head with Larry Sanders and there was a lot of blood. Some douchbag immediately posted "Thank you Sander!" Some quality human...
Well, I was thinking at the time that the poster was probably thanking Sanders for activating Lin's pissed off mode, although, after reading this thread, I'm no longer so sure...
Lin was asked in Taiwan in the summer of 2010 (or was it 2011?) who he thought was the best PG in the NBA. Lin said Chris Paul. And LBJ is the best player in the past five years. And summer of 2011 he was asked which team was going to win the championship that upcoming season. He sad the Heat. Kid knows his b-ball
Well apparently CP has also sustained a knee injury in his last game so I guess they'll both be gimpy out there together which should even things out.
I see the reps, I see the join date, I see the tip jar contributions...so I assume that you got to be better than this. Lin can't play basketball? So he doesn't even belong in the NBA? The only posts I ever see you make is to bash the starting point guard for the Houston Rockets. Did Lin steal your girlfriend? Boyfriend? Did a bunch of LOFs tie you up and force you to watch Lin highlights on Youtube all day? Be better man.
We've had very few players injured this year, and this is just a sprained ankle, so there is no need to panic. No NBA team is going to have a season where players don't sprain an ankle.
Lin and Harden both wear lowtops. Clyde said he always wore lowtops as well. Lowtops leave your ankles more vulnerable, but they give you more freedom of movement. Hightops restrict your ankle movement a bit more, and they offer more protection to ankles. But hightops also create more wear and tear on your knees, because greater force is put on your knees to compensate for the restriction on your ankles. So basically, you have to choose between your knees (lowtops) and your ankles (hightops).
