regardless of the outcome of this game (looking bleak to put it mildly), Foster always brings it and takes his game to another level in the postseason. I hope he can play like this for another 3-4 years while we figure out other aspects of the offense / coaching staff . Props to him. Figured we could use at least one positive thread in what will be a thread filled with negativity for the next several days.
If he even has 4 or 5 more games like he has averaged, he will be in the top 6 or 7 all time for rushing by a RB in the playoffs. He has done well.
Too bad Koobs has made it his mission to rub him into the reg season dirt a la dave wannstedt on ricky Williams- got to get ownership money's worth!
Yeah, where has Tate been? I don't think he saw the field once today? I only spotted him on a bike on the sidelines. I think Arian's game hugely benefits from the change of pace provided by Tate, and even Forsett; though, especially Tate since his physical style helps soften defenses. Why have they gone away from a 2 RB game?? Who knows...
Just read on twitter- one of the Pats beat writers tweeted that Robert Kraft waited by the Texans bus for Arian just so he could shake Arian's hand. Classy of him to do so, I guess Arian's effort today got him some respect with the crew up in New England.
I was a little disappointed he took so long to try the outside lanes, as there was absolutely nothing open inside, but i guess that's not entirely his call.
