This I like. Winning is not something easy to dissect looking at the Lakers pool of talents . . . then compare to us, Rockets. They have Dwight known for def, yet they got scored a lot. They have Nash, elite PG yet they can not have enough scores, Kobe is fantastic, sprinkle in Gasol an elite PF. So PG, SG, PF, C they got it . . . but why?

Looking at the Rox, I wonder why are they so damn good before the 3 loosing streak and then loss to NOH, Celtics and 76ers? I mean, I thought we will loose only to teams like Spurs, OKC, Clips and Miami - elite teams. What is missing? wrong?

Number of reasons...teams wins because there shots are falling in, favorable match ups, a team mate or 2 catches fire, opponent has on off day (perhaps they are on a b2b) etc... But the main reasons why team win over .500 and consistently is due to talent, good coaching and experience.

I reckon the rox have the talent (maybe just missing one piece) and good coaching, that is the only reason why i can think Rox currently have the record that they do. With experience, that will just come with time and hence in a year or 2, this rox team will be one of the best in the league.

The last few games, the rox shots were just not falling in and 2 of those games were on a b2b. It also seems some teams have adjusted to our run n gun approach, thats why rox need to adjust also and then it should be back on its winning ways.

I'm not counting the clippers game a loss yet, shots will eventually fall (it has been off the past 3 games, law of averages it should fall in the next few games), they have a few days rest and they are playing home court. I reckon it will be a close one.

Is anyone watching OKC vs Portl? Hope OKC wins. Westbrook is such a great athlete but he can shoot you out of the game.

Westbrook is 5-21 18 pts, Durant is 12-21 33 pts. The more I watch Westbrook play, the more respect I have for Durant for tolerating a selfish PG like Westbrook.

I agree, his shots selection is not that great. Durant is really good.

We are lucky we have Harden. OKC traded the wrong guy, oh well good for us. Westbrook took as many shots as KD and is much less efficient than KD.

Kung fu handshake at 76's game. Seems like Smith & Morris got their own pre-game ritual going on.

Can we ship Schaub out and add Jlin and Morris as a "complement" to that package?

    no offense bro:grin:ther of course

    as they say
1 the fool doesnt know how to get mad and offended
2 the wise men dont want to get offended:grin:

btw what are your criteria for player being bad , avegare, good , star, superstar level?

i guess individual stats number averages?
    meaning
any player who put regularly 20ppg and 10 assists this season is better than Lin?

that is soooo pooor thinking...that is soooo much 2d, aristotelian, black and white, middle age basketball thinking...
