What is defense?

I am not defending his shooting tonight but you are either blind or know crap about basketball if you didn't notice his hustle.

Oh but hey, I am on a board where some people wanted to trade Asik for a scoring center when we were on that stretch with 120+ points per game.

 

Maybe he knows guys are more likely to shoot it and can just crash the board as opposed to Harden and Lin potentially passing it to him and him having to finish with his signature reverse lay up. Or even worse, shoot free throws.

 

You want to talk about his passes? I don't know if I should blame him or Asik.

 

McHale is the dumbest coach I've ever seen. A run and gun type team with 8 guys?? Good luck with that buddy, Leslie you will be dissappointed. If I were a player, I would refuse to play if he continues to play me 30-40 minutes in back-to-backs and not give anybody else playing time. Ridiculous!

 

Bricks and dumb plays sure, but turnovers? He had 1. At least give him that haha

 

Guys, look on the bright side. Asik was perfect from the line.

 

and so.... we are now down at 8th of the WC and Portland is better than us with Utah breathing in our next. We are indeed a rebuilding team afterall. Soon, people will be praying to tank.

 

Harden went for 29/9/6/2 on 10/19 shooting but his 4 turnovers did the Rockets in???? GTFO

It wasn't Lin going 2/13 with stupid decisions or Morris going 2/6?..

Asik is dead weight for our offense. His screens don't do anything.

We need a better athlete at the 5 with a bigger body. ie Greg Smith.

No, it aint.
The whole org plus Les is counting on a winning team and a playoff team every year therefore raising the bar of expectation every year.
So the average fan will follow accordingly.

 

meh its useless anyways... asik cant pick n pop and the high pnr puts him too far away from the rim to be an effective roller... so if you pnr with asik, the defense will just switch to double lin/harden...

 

8-9 player rotations are common. players get frustrated with less minutes. either not enough minutes to do something positive or not enough to get into a groove.

 

Please someone tell McHale to expand the rotation, especially on away b2b's...our starters are going to start piling up the injuries if this continues...tell mchale to study guys like iverson tmac and wade to see what overplaying starters can do to your career
