1. Gun Control 2. Fake wars for oil that cause muslim animosity 3. Pharma companies and the food ministry misinforming and sickening the public for financial gain 4. Indians/Chinese taking American Jobs 5. Global Warming
Global Warming. And why would gun control be dangerous? Having a bunch of nuts, ne'er-do-wells, and political psychos with guns is dangerous.
7. Corporate financial reshuffling to avoid American tax codes and further lead to a weakened domestic economy and job outlook 8. Exploitation of the market by large financial firms, more concerned with global wealth then American economic health
This is necessary - you must pander to the most brilliant minds in society or it will never progress. If everyone was a small corner shop with limited potential... the incentive just wouldn't be there.
If that were the case, all the money in the world would flow to certain labs, biotech firms, and software firms instead of the bulge brackets, oil majors, and the MBBs.
Most dangerous issue--- the entrenchment of gangnam style in America srsly, what the hell, it's been like 6 months.
6. The failed war on drugs which costs billions of dollars and tens of thousands of lives every year.
Congressional Republicans are just as responsible. Paul Ryan even voted for it. Oh...and quit your b****ing.
This isn't a threat to anyone but the greedy bastards who have seen their taxes repeatedly cut over the last 30 years, to our nation's detriment. Seriously, quit whining about having to pay the price to live in a civilized society. We ALL pay taxes.
Sorry, but that's capitalism. We fought the Cold War over 45 years to protect that concept. Sucks for the 99-percenters when other countries start to adopt the concept.
The erosion of the constitutional foundation of our laws. Started long ago and has continued apace. The drug war, as an example, is a subset of this.
I think this is the correct answer. The war on drugs is leading to a dangerous expansion of the state and police authority. It is quickly becoming a war on the people, and we're seeing more and more police brutality with no justice for the victims. Every other issue you noted seems to be being thrust upon people in a divisive matter that keeps us from doing anything about the most dangerous issues we personally face.
