Lillard goes absolutely OFF in the second half. 12 straight buckets.

I don't think it doesn't mean squat. For example, if a player goes 15/15 from the field, dishes out 6 assists, and grabs 2 steals I think that player had a great game no matter the outcome. It means Portland might have a future super-star.

I think Morey wanted to trade up for Lillard the entire time and Drummond was just a smoke screen. It was either Lillard or MKG.

He had a great shooting night, I doubt he'd be amazing when the outside jumpers aren't falling.

What's wrong with Drummond? An athletic big man getting 7p/7r/1.6b in 20mpg is very impressive, especially since he was supposed to be a raw project. He's doing very well for the Pistons.

Wow, this kid is impressive. Such a quick trigger. Kind of reminds me of Chris Jackson / Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf.

Absolutely unreal. The Trailblazers seem to be 1-2 pieces away from being a contender.

He has peaked. He won't get much better. He stayed 4 years in college, so he is nearly a finished product. Don't get me wrong he is good, but won't get to superstar status.

I agree, just seems weird to say that Lillard has peaked when he still hasn't even played half a season yet at age 22 o_O.

well lin has one thing going for him in that he is a horrible shooter so that can be improved the easiest.

What are Lillards weaknesses? He is already a good shooter, what can you honestly expect him to develop?

at 22 his body is in prime form already. Not like he has to mature anymore

Just because Liilard is more developed, doesn't mean he has peaked o_O. Lin is raw and unpolished for sure so he has a lot more he can improved. There are plenty of things to learn, develop, and honed in the game of basketball.

A lot of those shots were really difficult. Seems like he was just hot. Isn't he shooting 42% for the year? He needs to get easier shots to be an all-star type player.
