I've caught it a few times here in Austin -- not sure if it's on in Houston. It's pretty good -- if you liked him on Rome you'll enjoy the show. Lot's of comedy and the interviews aren't bad. The show actually replaces Rome in Austin.
I've heard a little. Not sure what to think. I like him filling in for Rome (only time I turn on Rome is for him or the sklars) but an everyday dose might be too much
He had a great comedy hour on showtime a couple months ago...even though he looked like hell. And what station? Seems like an important piece of information omitted.
I think it's unfortunate he could never cobble together a viable TV series and his movie career's probably fizzled to not much beyond favors from friends; but this is a good enough fit for him and if it hits the money gets pretty crazy. If Artie Lange wasn't practically suicidal this would be right up his alley.
yup, Rome is back in Houston after 610 dropped him last year. CBS Sports Radio premiered their own national syndicated CBS Radio station that has launched in a few other major markets back on 1/2/2013 http://radio.cbssports.com/ Even Josh Innes and Ted Johnson have their own weekend national gig show on Sunday evenings 6-9PM.
I don't know I loath more, the Sklar bros or Jay Mohr. Bring back Rome. At least he had good interviews, even if he did suck up to most (not all) of the guests.
