I would tell them not to push it
    but
Maybe pushing it is what helped AP

If so it's by pure chance...no thanks to Shanahan or the Redskins organization.

Too me what isn't being discussed enough is how terrible he looked in the Cowboys game. For the first time all year he was throwing balls in the dirt, missing open players, and when he ran for the one first down he looked like an offensive lineman.

Also on the touchdown run he looked gimpy as hell. Everyone and their mother and even my non football watching wife, knew he was injured. This goes back a few games.

Shanahan made a series of bad decisions. Lets hope he didn't screw up the franchise.

Whatever the outcome of this injury, he needs to become an almost exclusive pocket passer, he frame does not lend itself to the scrambling style and tow knee injuries already, red flags and bells are sounding everywhere. That read option offense needs to be scrapped immediately.

He needs to keep running but be smarter about it. He needs to now shy away from contact and slide at all times.

Pretty much. He needs to realize that this isn't the college game anymore. There are bigger and far more talented people on defense.

Yes indeed. RG3 has to wise up, slide and forget about extending himself at the end of plays.

RG3's injury was one of the most predictable ever. I mean I was watching that game and said "that guy is about to get hurt".
