If Parsons and Delfino get credit for good games, they need to get blame for their bad games too.

Delfinos job is to hit 3s, he failed.

Parsons job is to be a glue guy and raise everyone's play, he's -14. he failed.

 

Chalk this one up to our trouble beating the Western Conference+ tired legs.

 

Our guys was tired from a back-to-back, everyone all around played sloppy. Refs sucked, no calls/bad calls.

We're not gonna win all the time, it's gonna happen more with all these back-to-back games against even tougher teams. It's gonna be expected.

 

Side note here: I can't believe it but I'm starting to think the perfect PF for this team "would" be Josh Smith. He is a very mobile PF, Has Length, is a Blocking machine (which would help a lot like in tonights game),can shoot the 3 ball but more importantly can stretch the floor, is a near double double guy, and can alter shots in the paint.

Just his shot blocking alone can really help this team..

 

Crazy, it was like a 10 pt lead going into the 4th with Harden on the bench?

 

There have been many people saying the entire team played poorly tonight. You might want to find a different message board if you are going to get upset when people criticize Lin when he plays poorly.

 

He sucked.

 

They just played tired. It was bound to happen on the second day of a back-to-back, and after all the energy expended in the Lakers game yesterday.

Not concerned. These things happen.

Silver lining: James Harden's 25-point consecutive game streak is intact, and in fact he is now the sole owner of the Rockets record for it.

 

10 points in the 4th quarter.....arrggghhhhhh.....whatever happened to our offence in that period!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

 

Well, it seems everyone played poorly today. Our starters committed lots of TOs. Dunno if it's the bad flight that affected them or the back to back game. Anyway, we are still looking good on the standing. Every good team loses to a bad team once in awhile. Hopefully, we will be ready for the next game and perform better.

 

Agreed. Disappointing loss but a small blemish in what has (thus far) been a great season.

 

5 steal 5 TO,= 0 TO and steal +5 Assist. he is doing normal, not too bad...
1 Steal 7 TO = 6 TO without steal... but he is score 25.. , not too bad... but you cannot said he is doing good...
so for this game, i would not bash lin or harden, today isn't their day for sure..

 

It happens on this bipolar board. Alot of people like to watch the game by singling out individuals. Lin happens to be the doormat.

 

Team basketball is a culture. Lowry is a cancer. Lin gets everyone sharing. He did it with the Knicks too.

 

I never said it was. Doesnt change the fact it was terrible officiating. Rockets did not shoot well 30/76 for 40%.

those are really bad numbers for Rocs. Thats why we lost.. oh and the Refs.

 

at full stregnth this is not a bad new orleans team. Vazquez is underrated and gets little pub the soon to be Pelicans don't win enough.

According to people on these boards, it's like they expect the rockets to win 70 games and no one to have more than 1 bad game a month!

 

I've been saying we rely on Harden too much. For those that kept asking why we need a player like Kevin Love when we already have a high scoring team, this is why.

 

Sorry bro, but when a spread or the line is too good to be true then it's best to stay away. If anything making the "dumb" bet is smart.

 

Only consolation is the wolves lost, Denver is down by 2 at half time, and one of Memphis/GSW will lost tonight.
