Why aren't more picks set for Lin? With them he can score at will it seems. He is very inconsistent, but this is his first full year, and he is coming off a surgery, and we're only 35 games in the season. I think his potential (remember, he's a smart guy and is competitive) is great. I do worry about his ability when pressured. I think if teams did a full-court press and really pressured Lin he would need to make serious adjustments, but that would be hard/tiring to keep up for 48 minutes. Plus, the rockets need a better half-court offense. More plays, more picks, more player-without-the-ball movement.

Don't look now, but we're sneaking up on both Memphis and Golden State. Is it possible the youngest team in the league could end the season as high as the number 4 seed in the West?

If we do, somebody on this squad better get voted MIP. And Daryl Morey better be GM of the year.

Lin is a closer. He loves the the pressure. It's where he seems to play best.

its part of the secret formula bra:

-- Lin sucks in the first, turns the ball over, gives his opposing pg easy buckets
--other team thinks he's garbage, they forget about him
-- Lin goes into the lockerroom at half time, drinks dragon blood
--2nd half he takes over the game. Opposing team is like wut?:confused::confused::confused:

Lin is like ah yeah

    Rockets win.

    Best. Game plan. Ever.

This is eerily similar to how Jeremy Lin looks after he starts to catch fire:

The Bleacher Report Live Results page said this after the 1Q: "The crazy part is, Houston seems calm, despite the fact that the Lakers are making every shot they put up."

The Rockets are calm because they know they can put up 30+ points per quarter, seemingly, whenever they feel like it. :) I know the Rockets are this good, but it is still incredible how easy they make it look. Great win.
