I think you are mixing up journalistic integrity with the common sports fan who regularly associate themselves with their favorite team as we. The 12th man, for example. Interesting:
Everyone just go ahead and read and then re-read this post by what so that you understand what team he's a fan of. This isn't a "fandom callout" or anything. Post anywhere you want. Go nuts. I just find it funny to find some validation of what I've always suspected.
This would be good for us as it eliminates Phoenix as a cap space team who can cash in at the deadline. I already fully expect Houston to help Chicago get under the tax line for a price. If they can line up another deal, that would be gravy.
just out of curiousity. . . are you a rockets fan too? are the rockets #2 in your book? why post on a rockets forum if you are a griz fan? do you post on their forum too?
You think Gortat isn't athletic? Check this out: LINK BTW, trading for Gay would be a horrible move for a rebuilding team like the Suns.
If I remember correctly, what was a Rockets fan who lived in Tennessee (Memphis?). Once the Grizz moved to Memphis, naturally, he became a fan. I can't blame him, he finally got a hometown team. He still keeps up with the Rockets, obviously, but he is a Grizzlies fan. There is another Grizz fan here, MemphisX, but he rarely posts. Off the top of my head I also know there is a Nuggets fan, a Cavs fan, and a few posters that keep up with Minnesota and both L.A. teams. We recently had a Wizards fan and a Bulls fan join too.
Pretty spot on. And what people fail to see is that I've been posting about the grizzlies since before they we even good. I'm no bandwagon fan. I was repping the grizzlies when the grizzlies couldn't beat anybody.
If it aint broke dont fix it...its not like they are not in playoff contention...these guys are a top team in the west...why trade this guy
LOL I can't wait for your post when Gay gets traded talking about how horrible Gay is and how glad you are he's finally gone, and how Jared Dudley is the closest thing to prime Battier in today's NBA and with him at the SF spot, Gasol at the C and Tony Allen at the SG spot you might have the best defensive team in today's NBA.
LOLwut? Check out gay's stats, he's not the difference maker between lottery bound team like the Suns and a contender.
Minny's max out though, unless they give up Kevin Love they won't be able to put together enough players to make up Gay's 19M salary. Hmmm, maybe a 3 way between Houston, Minny and Memphis could happen lol. Both teams have dealt with each other a lot over the years.
We already have the best defense in the nba, and we don't need anymore defense, we need offense. #things-that-a-grizzlies-fan-would-know
lol, no mention of Gay and Scola being teammates? Gay bodychecked him 2 seasons ago <object width="560" height="315"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/6qd2zb_haeo?hl=en_US&version=3&rel=0"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/6qd2zb_haeo?hl=en_US&version=3&rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="560" height="315" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>
