My guess is she shot her husband's gun from an upward angle while crouched in a dark closet. Probably scared as hell too.
How did she get 5 shots into the head and neck? Was he standing still through all that? lol. Nice job, mom (other than keeping him alive).
Good. Scumbags that break into people's homes deserve to be shot. A man tried to break into my family's house while I was at work with my elderly parents inside by themselves terrified and calling 911. Nothing makes me sicker than people who prey on the helpless for a few bucks. Nobody deserves to be scared for their lives while in their own homes.
not really but lucky for her...she did...bc...this idiot was up to no good... And in regards to ringing the doorbell, if it is something totally out of the norm, i wouldnt answer...if it is a UPS truck...theyll ring once, and leave a note on the door...and most guests often call before they come over...
Some things are fortunate but don't have to be applauded. I'm sure an outcome where children watch a man get shot 5 times after they and their mother were trembling in fear is not "optimal", as Obama would say.
x 1000. If you wanna move this (inane) thread to D&D, that's a perfect start. 1. Nobody but nobody wants to "ban guns." Period. 2. Did she need a weapon of war to accomplish this act of home defense? 30-round magazine in a Bushmaster would have helped her, right? So easy to maneuver one of those in tight spaces.
I think all this could have been avoided if the lady had yelled something while the doorbell rang. He sounds like a petty thief rather than a killer, but you never know.
yes, this could have been avoided for that homeowner... but the guy would just have victimized another homeowner by going to another house.
