    Absolutely disgusting. After hearing about the KFC employee that claimed she served spoiled chicken to several customers and now THIS! I am avoiding KFC

    Every time I eat fried chicken I eat the kidney, which is in the chicken thigh. (dig into the thigh the next time you have homemade fried chicken and you will find it.) It isn't gross at all, and I bet a lot of you have had it without even knowing it was the kidney.

    There are always small organs in bone section of the chicken thighs you get at any fast food place. I believe they are small pieces of kidney left behind in the slaughter/cleaning process. On this one, there obviously was a larger piece that wasn't removed. I don't see why people are acting so shocked by this...they do realize they are eating an animal, right?

    Pretty sure that KFC is a cover up for an organ trafficking ring and someone right now is out there with a chicken kidney.
