Weather not an issue as of today's 7 day forecast for Foxboro; next Sunday has a forecast high in the mid 40's and zero percent chance of precipitation.
I said Texans but the key player will be Schaub. If he comes focused and mentally prepared and makes the throws we will win. I dont doubt our defense will show up.
NFL postseason history: Most wins by a quarterback, NFL playoffs: 1. Tom Brady - 16-6 2. Joe Montana - 16-7 3. Terry Bradshaw - 14-5 4. John Elway - 14-7 5. Brett Favre - 13-11 That's not a good prospect for the Texans. You know that Brady will be doing everything he can to set that all-time playoff win record.
They need to be able to run the ball and control the TOP. Schaub can have a medicore game and this team can still win if the above happens.
i haven't seen anything from the texans that leads me to believe they can win.. they have played horribly the last few games so unless they just step up and turn it up a notch(which is possible) they dont have a prayer
Why isn't Castor27 starting these threads? I don't want to further post in threads started by this guy, feels jinxy looking at the negative texans threads he's started back when the season started.
Texans win 27-24. Foster dominates. Keeps the ball in the Texans hands. Offense and defense make enough plays. Schaub - Andre Johnson connect for one big play even though he's nuetralized mostly. Owen Daniels + Garrett Graham are hugely important. Also our Special teams just needs to be not terrible. Try and make the special teams battle even.
Patriots score at least 30 points and beat us by 14. Houston Texans kick at least 4 field goals. Watt finally gets his sack on Tom.
If you go back and look at the schedule for the Pats you will see a pattern in their wins and losses, as well as their close wins. Bottom line is let Brady get his and stop the run. No joke, stop the run and you give yourself a great chance at winning the game. Please go look for yourself. http://espn.go.com/nfl/team/schedule/_/name/ne/new-england-patriots
