  4. Not confident at all. We'll get manhandled by Brady, unless we kick 20 FGs.

Anything can happen in the playoffs. Recently NE is 2-2 at home in the playoffs. In 2010 they beat the Jets in week 13, 45-3.

What happened in the playoffs? The Jets beat the Patriots 28-21.

We lost to them bad, but I think it will be a different game come Sunday.

Well, if you're confident, you can make a lot of money... Patriots by 10 at the moment. And quite frankly, I think this number rises as we get to game time.

If James Harden played for the Texans I would be much more confident.

Don't be so silly. I don't think the texans will win by that much
    :p

I'm not very confident because the texans will have to play almost a perfect game to beat them at home. With that being said, I do think the texans can beat them. It's stating the obvious but the run game is going to have to show up big time. Long, time consuming drives (ending in TDs, not FGs) will be key. You have to keep the pats offense on the sidelines as much as possible.

One good thing is the Texans have nothing to lose...they can play carefree and loose. They are underdogs.

Last meeting on MNF the pressure was on the Texans because they had the #1 seed and were trying to prove something.

This time, throw it out there on the line and not "think" too much. Winning would be a miracle to the nation. Sometimes carefree teams win......we shall see.

if schaub can't throw touchdown passes and cannot finish in the red zone, we are gonna get blown out once again. Also arian foster needs to have a good game, i think he will because he always has been playing lights out in playoffs. I'm just worried about schaub and now kubiak can't even concede but we have not practice not conceding.

Rex changed his scheme. Has Wade ever done that? Don't know, honest question.

Should have a scale of 1-10, 10 being most confidence. I would have chosen zero (0). Naw just kidding. I don't think we will win, but I will be rooting my butt off come Sunday, I just wouldn't bet on the Texans winning. Patriots were the last team out of all the playoff teams (AFC & NFC) I wanted to face, especially in New England. But we put ourself in this situation.

Yeah that is something I don't know. The thing about Wade is he doesn't disguise his defense. He lets you know he is coming to smash you in the mouth and basically dares you to beat him.

So in that regard it will be different for sure.

10 pts for a 2 vs 3 matchup is just crazy.

Seems like he needs a dose of Koobs, Matt Schaub and the milk and wonderbread offense to lighten the load.

the lines are moving in Vegas.

Texans now have the worst odds of winning based on the spread. Vegas shifted the Ravens a half a point.

listenign to mark vandameer, he makes some good points. starting to gain some confidence. no body really gave us a shot to beat the ravens, texans stepped up. i expect a much tighter game by the texans, win or lose..

Good points about Brady in this article but this Patriots team is different than than the other recent Patriots teams offensively. There's not as much pressure on him to make throws now that they can run and their defense is better too. It's not good, but it's dangerous, they can create turnovers.

As confident as I was for the Bengals game. Which wasn't a whole lot.
