The more and more I read on the subject, the more and more it sounds like most of the sport is on PEDs. I mean when it basically is stated that you have to be cheating AND stupid to get caught...I mean come on.

We can talk about this and that. In any other sport, people who age further and further into their mid to late 30s don't get faster, stronger, heal faster, etc.

    Yet in boxing...

I agree that there is no way a 39 year old boxer should be in the best shape of his life. I can see an average joe suddenly pick up working out and getting to the best shape of his life.

But a boxer who has trained all his life? How do you get stronger, fitter and faster after 20 years plus of boxing? I just don't see it.

But...he was tested so as far as we know...legit.

Marquez has always had a strong jaw which is why he sustained the knockout blows that pacman was trying to land. And then manny got careless.

I seriously now would love to see marquez destroy bradleys and his fake ass belt

    Top Rank eyes 5th Pacquiao-Marquez

LOS ANGELES -- Manny Pacquiao could return to action in September, in a card to be held during Mexico's Independence Day weekend, and all signs point to a fifth fight against Mexican Juan Manuel Marquez.

"He's indicated he will fight again. Bob (Arum) has indicated (that it would be) September," said Fred Sternburg, spokesman for Top Rank, Arum's promotion company. "Between the suspension and the election and campaign in Philippines, we think we can do it."

WTF? now they are just doing it for the paycheck ....

Maybe it's a case of Manny getting older and slower since he ditched the peds.

Definitely a perfect punch, but the first knockdown was also a one punch bomb.

I'm more interested in a 5th fight than the first four.

It's funny. People were calling Pacman out for fighting Marquez a 3rd time. Saying it was too late, he was too old and it was at a weight limt where he wasn't effective.

Now folks are clamoring for #5

I wouldn't say people are clamoring for 5. It's been met with mixed results but I don't understand why personally. These two bring always put on a good fight and are taylor made for each other. There's no better fight out there for either of them. Let them both get one more pay day and retire on a high note.

I was actually surprised at how well Manny recovered from that first knockdown. Pac's problem is his defense is his offense and that's why a counter puncher will always have his number
