You are right,my mistake. He missed layups and had a turnover and some bad plays, and that's why I thought he didn't start well. I don't know why I mentioned about him missing 3 pointers intead of the layups. Thanks for the correction!
Asik 13 pt 8 rb Buck C Larry sanders 4pt 4 rb Buck PF Ekpe Udoh 10pt 8 rb Asik almost outscored Buck's starting frontcourt all by himself. It's the rebounding that concerns me, usually asik already had double digit rebounds by halftime. In the last two games vs hornets 3 rb, vs bucks 5 rb. we are outrebounded 49-35 by bucks, with 17 of them come at the expense of our defensive rebounds. Hornets and bucks are attacking Asik's rebounds. Mchale needs to figure out something quickly
Bad first half performance by our starters, especially Lin who looked completely lost (except for his defense on Jennings). Asik and Harden played better offense but still a step slow in defense. Great turnaround in the second half, sparked by the forced and unforced TOs by the Bucks. Bench saved us tonight, they're shooting the lights out 11 for 17 at the 3pt line (especially Delfino who kept us in the game in the first half). To be fair, Lin/Parsons/Morris are the least experience players out of the 8 who played tonight. They are not going to play consistently night in and night out. However, they did contribute a fair amount of rebounds, assists, and steals to help us won the game. People just need to be patient with them. Harden is our most consistent player and has been playing amazingly good lately (that's why he deserves a max contract). 11th straight game with 25+ points, tied w/Moses Malone for 3rd-longest such streak in team history!!! WIN streak at 3!
