Van Gundy just gave us some Props during the Lakers game, calling Harden an MVP candidate...credited Houston's success to Harden, Asik "and to a lesser extent, Jeremy Lin"

Gotta love JVG. He also said we were an "offensive juggernaut"

Harden's a franchise player, so if you've got him on your team with a bunch of nobodies or role players, you're still pretty much guaranteed 40+ wins.

The hottest teams in the league over the past 10 games are us, the clippers, and wait for this...the Raptors! Hah.

I'd take Larry Sanders for Aldrich.

jvg's grumpy tonight, they pulled out some dunks stat and he went off "how enlightening...wow, let's have more stats"

then the guy talked about nash being 21 assists from 10,000, and JVG goes "so he's 20 from 9999, why round numbers? why isn't 9999 as big a deal as 10,000"

    LOL

Delfino was hot from the start.

He shot a back to back three pointer.

    Then missed his third attempt.

    Other than that, nice analysis.

There are some points I don't agree.

But everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Sanders or Mbah A Moute. Ellis/Jennings are absolute garbage though.

I disagree. It's a team sport so you are going to need a few top top tier player at key spots to even do that. Harden no doubt is a great player, but you have to give a lot of credit to Asik, Lin, and Parsons...more so to Lin if you really think about it. December was a good month for Houston and a big part of it was Lin's elevation in his performance. Harden and Asik have always been fairly consistent...Lin's more consistent play in December helped out a lot. I think Harden, Lin, and Asik is a blessing in disguise.....the perfect storm. We'll see how far they can take the team.

Great kung fu photo. Harden would have been bad-ass in a Bruce Lee movie.

Yeah, you're right. Ending rant for good.
