TD, Pat, and Delf clearly had a very big part in winning the game for the Rockets. TD did some good damage during his play and while Lin was out with the injury. Another good win!
At the half I was not worried. Even down by 11. It somehow seemed that the Rockets had enough cylinders to blow past the Bucks. And I was right. Thank god.
The coaching staff was able to hide his defensive weaknesses well in the 2nd half. He only sucks ass on defense when he gets picked. When the Rockets were switching all over and the Bucks weren't setting picks on him, he did just fine. Notice also that when the Bucks did screen him, he was still the same old Toney Ouglas giving up the wide open shots. LOL.
Lol bucks forum is saying if they had our backcourt of Lin and harden they would make the ECF. Damn, if rockets were in the east we probably be top 3, no joke.
The Mayan kings and queens practiced regular ritual genital bloodletting to ensure smooth running of the kingdom. I was going to reserve that for Royce White, but if it helps Lin, then I say go for it...
I remember last year when we used to always suck in the 3rd quarter....what a turn around with a whole different team
the good thing about a real team is when some players don't match up well the other players step up. every once in a blue moon harden has an off game and jlin seems to step up or one of the other players, tonight it was delfino. if this keeps up the rockets will make the playoffs. ideally is a 4th seed too much to ask for????? i know its wayyyy to early 1/2 point is about a month and a 1/2 away.
Rockets did suck in earlier games too...different story now with better coaching and players stepping up.
Douglas is also horrible at finding his teammates for buckets. He had 1 assist in the 1st half, then none in the 3rd quarter. What he is, is a shot in the arm, a sugar high. Having said that, give credit where credit was due tonight. At the 7 minutes mark in the 3rd, the Bucks only had 4 points, shooting 1-13. Harden and Douglas got the team back into the game.
