Those Kubiak quotes make me sick. Soft ass b****. A teeny, tiny part of me wishes we get blown out to complete the monumental collapse in order to get his ass fired.
First off, Kubes won't be fired. Period. Schaub won't be replaced. Period. Get over it people. This is the team. Second...Wishing your team losses? Good god, Texans "fans" are becoming real crappy real fast.
Calling him names will really encourage him to listen to you and it will really help the team win on Saturday. Whoo-dee-STFU.
What exactly do you want him to say? Going up there and pounding the podium does nothing at this level. A fat lot of good it did guys like Rex Ryan, Mike Tomlin, Tom Coughlin, and Jim Schwartz, right?? If any part of you wants the Texans to lose tomorrow, then I suggest you reassess your priorities when watching football.
The reason the Texans lost is to set up interesting story lines 1st Texans rematch at Gillette 2nd Luck vs Manning 3rd Has Texans really overcome Manning/Colts 4th Texans revenge against Packers not happening because of Seattle owning the NFC
Even though we have played like poo the last couple of weeks, i'm suprised so many "experts" are picking the bungals. It's almost like its the hipster trend of the week or something. I think we win tomorrow but get curb-stomped in New England
Not sure it's a "hipster" thing, but yeah the number of people picking Cincinnati has surprised me too. I think everyone's giving too much weight to momentum and not enough to the actual teams. It's all "storyline" and not actual analysis. That's why I dug the Barnwell piece I posted on page 9. He actually breaks down the matchup instead of just looking at the teams' W-L record for the past month. Sure, there's a case to be made for the Bengals winning, but objectively the Texans have a definite advantage.
The Texans are still favored to win the game. It is odd to see the majority picking against the line. Most are picking the Seahawks to win in DC, but Seattle is the favorite in that game anyway.
2013 Super Bowl XLVII - Exact Super Bowl Matchups New England Patriots vs Atlanta Falcons 8:1 odds? All in.
I refuse to believe that we will lose. I'll say one thing, if we win, we will give New England all they can handle. I don't see them playing bad against them twice.
Hopefully Ruud will rise to the occasion. He's looked better in pass coverage than Dobbins but that isn't hard to do.
