Did you ignore his assists, rebounds, steals and defense? People that think the guy who scores the most is the best player obviously don't understand basketball. It takes a lot more than just scoring to win games.

Lin had a great game. Did he shoot well? No but he did everything else pretty well. This is what you want from your PG. You don't want your PG jacking up 20+ shots each game.

So bad that McHale had him play more minutes than Harden.

Lin is very good with their collective basketball
Harden is very good with their individual basketball
Lin needs to do more points
Harden needs to pass more the ball
Lin is playing more than 40 minutes for two reasons
First because the defense of Douglas is not anymore the same
Second, because Lin is currently the best defender of Houston
If Lin continue to evolve in its defense, he can be 1 or 2 defensive team in the NBA

he also only played 25 min. I'm wondering why mchale sat him last 6 minutes. Can't argue with the results but he was doing well so its curious to see....

Nice D by Lin today. However, his lacking of offsense was pain to watch.

Not everything in bball is about scoring. There's a reason why coaching kept him in for 41 minutes. When he sat to rest towards the end of the first half, the Hornets actually took the lead. Just like what happened in the last game.
