Damn I didn't watch this. Was shocked when Cain won. I was told Cigano went from cocky to gassed and never came back. Overeem predicted that Cain will win a while back and I'm sure as heck he's laughing now.

Dos Santos got his face smashed in the 1st, jaw broke in the 2nd, and never really recovered. Cain pressed for takedowns the rest of the fight, but the damage was done in the 1st and 2nd.

    This.
The way JDS held himself in the opening moments of the fight was almost too self-assuring. I mean.. You want to mentally be ahead of the fight at all times and not saying JDS is good enough to think that way but to not give any weight behind what Cain can do is foolish.

He almost tried to pull an Anderson Silva and payed dearly.

I have to quit underestimating Cain. I will definitely buy the third fight when it happens.

I'm a huge Cain fight but even I didn't think he would pull this off. I guess the weight JDS put on really slowed him down. Bigger muscles= more oxygen needed.

I think it was the getting punched really really hard in the head that slowed him down. I don't think JDS knew where he was for the rest of the fight.

Nobody should ever underestimate Cain ever. I knew he was going to win all along. He's put some major beatings on big time names in the past. His KO on Big Nog was vicious, he tooled Lesnar and made him look like an amateur, his destruction of Big Foot was one of the nastiest beat downs of all time and now he dominated JDS. Next up he's going to add Overeem to the list. The only guy that has a chance at beating Cain again is JDS but if Cain wins the 3rd fight he'll probably go down as the greatest heavyweight of all time. Cardio Cain is an awesome nickname too.

Nobody talking about Roy "Big Country" Nelson. I think he deserves a shot against Velasquez, not Overeem.

Joking right? Big Country can't hang with the big boys. Did you not see how he got worked by Werdum?

It's too soon to say this. Just one fight and people are jumping the gun again. Fedor will destory Cain. Even if JDS won I'm still waiting for Overeem to return.

Cain is good I admit but one of the best of all time? Too soon.

And to continue this with Big Country, here's my take:

The HW division, most fighters there have KO power. With KO power, anyone can KO anyone in any given night. I'm narrowing it to the top 5 HWs. No. 5 can beat no. 1 in a good night with the one punch KO. Of course this is MMA and stand-up is only a part of the repertoire.

Cain is a ****ing monster and yes his first fight with JDS was a fluke.

Overeem has NO chance vs Cain. He's not going to be able to keep up with the pace that Cain pushes, not many heavyweights can.

Mir will put him to sleep in first round. I'll donate 20$ to tipjar if fight goes to 2nd round.
