It's just becoming more and more apparent to me that Royce is simply not trying hard enough to make this work.

All we hear about is Royce complaining about the Rockets. He always talks about how the Rockets aren't doing their part, but when we see Royce refusing assignments by the Rockets, it really makes it seem like Royce isn't fully committed to making it work.

Such a waste of good talent....

    BREAKING NEWS:
Royce White has issued a list of demands.
    Including
Complete control of the rotational minuets
A magic pony that he can ride to all of the games do to his fear of flying
    51% ownership of the Rockets
Jeremy Lin to Tutor his kids
    Chandler Parsons colone
And to have a national Royce White appreciation day.... Every Thursday

If these demands are not meet he will sue the Rockets for an unsafe work environment, and emotional damages.

White's an @$$ for mentioning the "recent tragedies in this country" in his statement.

I hope the Rockets sue his @$$, get all the money back and then some, and donate the money to the National Institute of Mental Health.

    I'm still mad...

If Royce was any good then of course we'd accommodate him. Too bad he's a heaping pile of GARBAGE. Nobody cares about your mental health issues Royce.

Not making a joke at all, this is looking like Eddie Griffin all over again. This is not a joke it's just reality...but at this point I dont care what he does, just as long as he gets away from the Rockets and this damn saga.

I think he's dangerous. It may be just my imagination but that statement sounds like a eerie precursor to something diabolical. We need to get him out of this organization and far away from our players. This is getting a little scary.

Eh, this doctor's opinion is that White is full of it.

Trust me, there is no legitimate mental health reason for why someone shouldn't play in the D-league.

And why would taking time from others and giving him consistent playing time be fair? I can't believe anyone with a degree much less a doctor would think giving someone with mental problems their way at the expense and disregard of someone who has earned it.

So he's angry the Terms of Service includes a clause that allows the Rockets to reject doctor recommendations? Does he seriously think that will be detrimental towards his future? The Rockets want nothing more than Royce White to be a successful NBA player. Why would they jeopardize any aspect of his career?

It's quite frustrating this guy isn't taking some risks to play in the NBA. I've read some heartbreaking blogs from aspiring NBA players - those who haven't made the DLeague, weren't showcased at Nike training camps - and the effort, risk, and time they spend on the off-chance that they will be noticed is a far contrast from Royce White's primadonna act. There are millions of aspiring NBA players spread out across the United States that would throw away everything for a chance to play in the NBA. His talent is unquestionable, but so is his stupidity.

Yep, been saying this from the very first thread about White wanting a bus. He has taken no responsibility for his own progress in beating his disorders.

It's simple. If his disorder makes it impossible at this time to fulfill the job requirements of being a professional basketball player, go get another job. Anything beyond that is him being a douchebag.

What an insult to the fans to allow this guy to keep publicly jerking them around. The Rockets should have 1. fired him, 2. attempted to void his contract, and 3. banned him from their facilities for life, and they should have done all of that months ago.
