    i think Douglas' +/- is bad because he doesn't really get the team involved in the offense and his defense isn't very good.

    He is a good practice shooter it just doesn't translate to games. I think Lowry was like that when he was younger. it will get better. Conley, Lowry, parker couldn't shoot at all when they were younger. But right now it is depressing.

    Get Lin in there.. He was making the offense flow, other than the atrocious 3s of course.

    I've seen Jamal Crawford, Durant, JR Smith, etc who are good shooters all shoot airballs before.

    Everyone shoots them once in a while. A bit too often for Lin but his 3 isn't as broken as it looks imo he's just in a slump from long range.

    I think also Lin shoots better off the dribble, all these misses are stationary catch and shoots, he really stinks at em.

    Neither was the first one called on Harden. These charge calls are very iffy in the last few seasons.
