I big part of the run was due to Cole's slow defensive rotations and just overall poor defense. He looked so lost out there.

Still find It hard to blame aldrich, they shot better than 60% for the majority of the game and scored 41 in the first ****ing quarter. Cant really blame the officials either. Thats not on aldrich. Neither are the 24 TOs.

    Reasons for losing:
    1. 24 turnovers.
    2. 57% ft shooting.
    3. terrible defensive rotations.
    4. the fade screen. They literally made 8 of 11 threes out of this simple play. I counted.
    5. biting on ball fakes. It is the most aggravating thing to watch.

Now, the rockets can and usually do shoot better ft%. We have a lot of turnovers, but it is due to pace and being young. The Thunder lead the league in turnovers last year iirc and they were the 2nd best team in the league. Terrible defensive rotations seems to be our motto. But 4 and 5 are easily avoidable. They are the mistakes that go by this saying "fool me once: shame on you. fool me twice: shame on me." Change that and the outcome of this game significantly changes as well.

The very fact that our players never let the double digit deficit affected them and kept coming back from behind and seriously gave this elite team Spurs some nail-biting moments shows our young players have done a good job. I'm not upset at all except smh at some ref calls.

Proud of our players. You fought a very good battle. Thanks for your heart and efforts. Let's have a good game tomorrow.

Hardens D needs to be so much better. Every great thing he does offensively he gives it up on the defensive end. Omer was really off tonight kind of odd. Lin had a solid game his 3 point shooting is a wreck that needs to be fixed & he missed FT's needs to hit those. His D was solid though, him & Parker had a little battle going on. Way to many TO's by the entire team. Parsons was solid he needs to always pass in transition there are times he doesn't & screws up a great break. Harden needs to stop being stubborn by trying to dribble through a trap, needs to pass he has been doing this all season McHale needs to hold him accountable. Harden also needs to quit pressing & trust in the system, he did that a lot in the 4th. McHale should have taken Harden out in the 3rd when he got that 4th foul very poor coaching decision. Tony is so bad & Morris isn't much better. OKC game is going to be a battle but if Harden doesn't start pressing because he is playing his old team & plays smart & Lin & Parsons contribute we can win. Overall, Parsons & Lin were the best players on the court tonight for there contributions on both sides of the court, Harden was third. (His D is soo bad very frustrating to see the lack of accountability by the coaches.)

OKC hasn't looked too good recently. Barely beat the terrible Mavs the other night.

Huh? Asik and Smith played a combined 30 minutes and only 3 fouls each.

This team is scary if we have a big man that can finish off well at the basket. Osik, as much as i like him on defense and rebounding, he sucks at catching the ball and finishing it off. I mean even a simple wide open layup is not easy for him. You do a quick pass to him and sometimes he fumbling the ball. That's why player like Greg Smith is perfect but he's a little undersized.

If Osik and Harden not in foul trouble, who knows what's going to happen in this game. Adrich didn't do as well giving the minutes he's on the floor.

    tD sucks.. haha jk.

But for real, we did a hell of a job today. Pat on the back to our boys, who thought it'd be how close/exciting the whole game when we were blown out in the first quarter? Rockets never quit, never give up, and if it weren't for the ref's ruining Harden tonight on that jump ball, we would of had a fresh "no fouling out conscious minded" Harden playing in the 4th... but fate and the refs were not on our side. It's OK. Moving on.

Someone posted this video earlier, forgot who, but credit to you! This video sums up the game perfectly: BUT.. don't worry Rockets fans. The way we never give up, and always hustle, is THE reason why this young team WILL make the playoffs this year, and we will and should be a scary team to play in a 7 game series.

    Why, you may ask?

Because we are spontaneous as hell, and we can score. 7 games is more than enough for us to shoot lights out against our opponent with our energetic style of play. We got this Rockets fans. Let Harden do his "Hardening", let Lin strive to get back to "Linsanity", let Asik do his sick smooth rollin to the basket for the creative twist and turn layup and let Parson's do his "Chandler Banging" to the basket. And we got this.
