I liked that a woman was singing it and the choir joining in. That's what made it different for me, that coupled with Plant wiping a tear from his eye and the exhuberance of Jimmy Page.

What you posted was outstanding expressive artistry too.

Was a good cover. Never heard of this band "Heart". Did she do the "I touch myself" song?

Yes, when she could. Now it's called "I can roll my belly".

I got to 3:03 and had to stop to go watch the original. I seriously HATE covers of this once in a lifetime song.

he's having a renaissance right now. did you see or hear Celebration Day, the LZ reunion show live from London in '07?

just listen to "Since I've Been Loving You" and wait for him to hit one of the high notes near the end....

he lives in Austin, performs with his wife as "Patty Griffin and her Driver"- they just played Continental Club a week or so ago and killed it.

the Kennedy Center Honors were awesome, the Stairway performance was awesome, and the band looked like they were having a blast up there listening to the performances.

their interview on Letterman showed them loose, retrospective , and enjoying this time in their careers.

I want to see a reunion tour.

Yeah was thinking Donny's post didn't come from someone who follows music. His album with Allison Krauss was fantastic.

I'm a big fan of Plant's. I loved his work with Krauss. The man can't sing like he did when he was a kid, though. His voice has changed, just like everyone's does. That's physics and time for you.

I saw Frank and company do this live. It's a pity that a higher quality recording isn't out there. (maybe there is?)

I loved the version done at the Kennedy Center for the awards show. Very, very nice. It was moving seeing the band members tearing up. While I'm not much of a Heart fan, I have to give them props for doing this. Considering the context, they did an excellent job. Thanks for posting this, KC.

Absolutely LOVED the choir wearing hats in tribute to Bonzo. And, while Jason Bonham isn't his dad, you have to believe that it's been a thrill of a lifetime playing with those guys during the 07 reunion concert. Got the bluray for Christmas. Really loved it.

Ann Wilson is 62 and still rocking. What a voice. She is still a queen of rock.

Very few rock stars voices get bigger and better with age -- she is one of the few.

Bonus: Jack Black clapping like a special needs adult at the very end.
